Isolate water supplies before starting. 1. Look for the diverter handle’s grub screw and loosen the said screw. 2. Remove the cover with the retaining nut. 3. Pull out the faulty diverter cartridge. 4. Grease the seals of the replacement Crosswater X2A044N-1. See our SL05-S. 5. Insert the new diverter cartridge in the valve. Make sure the two lugs under the cartridge are introduced in their specific slots to prevent it from shifting. 6. Put in the retaining nut and screw it in place. 7. Return the cover and the handle.
