If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original valves may have code BS4512 CD XZ 20. stamped on them. Known by part ref. VS02-C20

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"

Original cartridge has a white plastic adaptor on the spline. If this breaks you can order a new adaptor. See Image below. To remove the Quest tap handle / head you need to pull it off. There is no retaining screw.
