If your tap is leaking/dripping out of the spout then it is time to replace the cartridges.
Please note if you have "atlas Aquifier" tap, then we cannot supply the cold side which does both mains cold and filter cold and requires a diverter cartridge.

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve. If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them. If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush. (Bush is our code SB27, original code 3868R)

The Atlas professional cartridge has 28 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 1425R SP1425 (our code SK19)

We have a compatible spray head available in shiny chrome only (SRSPRAYC-S)

How to remove the handle: Use 2mm Allen key to undo grub screw underneath the lever. Pull lever off. You may have to use some force. You can then unscrew the tap cover/ shroud.

If you need replacement handles we have our Kit SK59C-S available (chrome or brushed satin finish) these need to be replaced as a pair as they are slightly different design to the original. Valve covers/ tap shrouds also available.
