If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original cartridge known by code SP3561R / 3561R. Hot and cold valve replacements available.

When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve.
If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them.
If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.
Original adaptor bush known by SP3868 coding.

If your tap is leaking around the base of the spout (the neck) you need to replace the o rings inside the spout.
Our O'rings are compatible with original spare parts known by SP2300.

If you require a new antisplasher / aerator this is our part SR63C/CB (available in Chrome or brushed).

Your original part may have Neoperl stamped around the edge.

How to remove the handle on the Clearwater Tutti?
Before replacing the cartridge, you will need to turn the water off.
Use Allen key to undo grub screw beneath handle.
Pull lever off. You may need to use some force.
Once the handle is removed you will need to unscrew shroud anticlockwise.

How do I replace the tap cartridge?
First make sure you turn the water off.
Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise).
Fit new cartridge (clockwise) and replace the tap handle.
