If your ardenza tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Original spare part known by code 1202R / SP1202.

How to replace the cartridge:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
To replace the cartridge, you will need the handle retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key and remove the handle.
With the handle removed you can then unscrew the cartridge cover by unscrewing it anticlockwise.
Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge locking ring.
Once this has been removed you can then remove the cartridge and replace.

How to replace the Spout O rings?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body. O ring kit compatible with 3527R
