If your globe tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by 3794R / ASCDV0009.
Please note we can only supply the hot cartridge we cannot supply the Cold/Filter Diverter cartridge at this time.

If your tap is leaking from where the spout joins the tap body (the neck) then you need to replace the O Rings inside the spout.
Our kit is compatible with the 3473R.

We can supply a replacement compatible inline pure water filter cartridge which will replace the complete aquifier housing. The filter pipes will connect directly in to our cartridge. If replacing the abode housing you will need to order the cartridge with the clip. Our Carbon Water Filters are manufacturerd in the UK and are WRAS Approved.

How to remove my Abode globe tap head/handle?
There will be a grub screw on the underside of the handle. If you require an allen key to remove the handle then you can purchase our Allen Key Pack (SK01-S). The handle will then pull off.

How to remove the Spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and out of tap body.

How to remove your cartridge?
Our Cartridge Valve removal tool (ST03) is available to enable easy removal and fitting of the cartridges which are recessed into the tap body.
The old valve may have two flats instead of a hex nut.
Our tool has two ends. One end to remove the cartridge with two flats and one end to remove/fit new cartridge with hex nut.
