If your Blanco Jandora tap is dripping out of the spout then you need to replace the ceramic quarter turn cartridges.
Cartridges have 20 teeth on the spline.

They are available singly (hot handle opens clockwise / cold handle opens anticlockwise) or as a pair.

This cartridge uses a handle adaptor, this part is not sold separately. You will need to reuse your original on the replacement cartridges.

How to remove the handle on the Blanco Jandora Twin lever handle?
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Step 1. Remove tap screw cap cover. This will prise off.
Step 2. Use allen key to remove grub screw and pull handle away.
Step 3. Remove cartridge locking nut.
Step 4. Remove cartridge from tap body.
