Cartridge may have BS5412.L20.H coding stamped on it.

If your Alterna Bologna bath tap is dripping or leaking then it is time to replace the ceramic tap cartridges.
Cartridges have 20 spline and are quarter turn.
You will need anti-clockwise for the cold side and clockwise for the hot side.

How do I remove my Alterna Bologna bath tap handle/head?
Remove the red / blue indices from the front of the handle. This is a screw cover and it will pop off.
Use Allen key to undo grub screw. pull tap head off.
