If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

How to remove the lever/head on the Alterna Ponza Bath taps and replace the cartridge?
1. Remove chrome screw cover cap on the back of the handle.
2. Use allen key to undo screw at the front of the handle.
2. Pull handle off.
3. Use adjustable or 17mm spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise.
4. Fit new cartridge screwing in clockwise
