If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
The Franke cartridge may be known by the following spare part references; s1022 , SP3561, 3561R, 1427R, 133.0438.152, 133.0438.154, 133.0069.364, 133.0069.365 , 133.0194.088, 133.0194.089

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by SP3668, 3668R 133.0277.067.

FAQ
How do I remove the Larino tap handle?
Use 2mm allen key to undo the grub screw on the underside of the lever. Pull lever off. Unscrew shroud anticlockwise.

How do I remove the spout?
Use 2.5mm allen key to undo the screw at the back of the spout. Pull spout up and away from tap body
