If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by 3561R / SP3984 / ASSCDV0001.

Available to purchase as a single (left or right hand side) or a pair.
If you do not know which side is leaking we recommend replacing both.
Replacement lever handles available
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R.

How to I remove the Swan tap handle?
Use 2mm allen key to undo handle. The grub screw is located on the underside of the handle.
You can the lever forwards to access the screw at the back if you need more space.
Once the grub screw is removed you can pull the handle away.
How to I remove the Swan tap cartridge?
Unscrew the cartridge shroud anticlockwise.
Use a 17mm or an adjustable spanner to remove cartridge.
How to remove / replace the spout o-rings:
Whilst holding body unscrew the spout locking collar. Once removed pull the spout vertically away from the body.
