GROHE AMBI KITCHEN TAP SPARES

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original cartridge parts known by codes 45883000 45882000 45882 45883.

Cartridge has 20 splines and is quarter turn.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
Hot and cold valves available.

How to remove Grohe Ambi Cosmopolitan tap handle lever and replace the cartridge:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
Step 1. You need to pull the handle off. There is no retaining screw.
Step 2. Unscrew the adaptor retaining screw and pull this away from the cartridge>
Step 3. Use an adjustable spanner to undo the cartridge counterclockwise
Step 4. Screw in the new cartridge clockwise
Step 5. Tighten the cartridge enough to seal, but avoid over-tightening

How to replace the spout o rings to stop a leak at the base of the spout?
Step 1. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo grub screw (SK01-S).
Step 2. Pull Spout up and away from tap body.
Step 3. Remove old o'ring.
Step 4. Replace new o'ring applyign silicone grease to the o ring.
Step 5. Push spout back in to tap body
