Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. If you are ordering singly for the hot or the cold please check the direction your handle opens and select the correct direction. How do I remove the Hansgrohe Axor Carlton tap handle and replace the cartridge? How To remove the handle: Remove hot / cold indice from the top of handle. This will reveal a screw. Use crosshead screwdriver to undo to remove grub screw on the underside of the handle. The handle will then pull off and the shroud will unscrew. You can view the diagram below
