If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
You will require our Anticlockwise open (blue) cartridge for the hot side, and clockwise open (red) for the cold side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.

If you require a new antisplasher / aerator this is our part SR22X-S.

How to remove my Magnet Neptune tap head / handle / Lever?
Use a Allen key to remove grub screw on the the lever. The handle will then pull off.

How do I replace the tap cartridge?
First make sure you turn the water off.
Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (it will unscrew anticlockwise).
Fit new cartridge and replace the tap handle.
