They are easy to change with a screwdriver and a spanner. If you need the adaptor bush this is 133.0069.390 How do I remove the Franke Lugano tap handle? Remove indice off the end of the handle. Use crosshead screwdriver to undo screw holding handle on. Pull lever off. Unscrew shroud (anti-clockwise). You can now remove the cartridge. See diagram below.
