Our Premium Thermostatic cartridge is suitable for a range of concealed showers, exposed showers and shower bars. If your water temperature is getting too hot or too cold you will need to replace the thermostatic valve assembly. This can be replaced yourself. Steps to replace the cartridge will differ between shower models.
Step 1. Undo handle grub screw (usually 2.5mm or 3mm allen key)
Step 2. Unscrew or pull off cartridge locking ring. This may be a clip, a locking nut, or collar.
Step 3. Pull out old cartridge. In some cases, it is necessary to use a shower cartridge pulling tool or pliers.
Step 4. Fit new cartridge and replace locking ring and handle.
