How to remove the Concerto Sleek Black tap handle:
There will be an allen key on the underside of the handle. Use appropriate size to undo this screw.
The handle will then pull off.

What size spanner do I need to remove the Concerto Sleek Black tap cartridge?
You will need a 17mm or an adjustable spanner.

How do I remove the spout and replace the o'rings inside the spout?
Whilst holding body unscrew the spout locking collar. Once removed pull the spout vertically away from the body.
