Cartridges have changed in this shower and there are two versions of thermostatic. You must check which parts you have fitted before ordering.

If your shower is dripping you need the diverter cartridge SVQ07.(our code SVDIV001-S)

If your shower is dripping or leaking then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc flow cartridge.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. 87mm tall. Opens Clockwise.

How can I remove my HR Tec Pura tap head/lever handle? Use Allen key to undo grub screw on the underside of the handle. The handle will then pull off and you can access the cartridge. The Cartridge may be known by Valve, insert, gland. This will unscrew from the shower anti-clockwise.
