Our Cartridges are compatible with Damixa KK2003A 13297 and 13298 Damixa KK 23924 16005
Please note our cartridges are colour coded the opposite way round to the original cartridges. So our "Red" Cartridge will be used in your cold side and vice versa. You may require new handle adaptors (original part code 13296).

See our video below for step by step guide in removing the handles and changing the cartridges. If your tap is leaking where the spout meets the tap base then you will require new spout O Rings. To remove the spout there is screw at the back of the spout (crosshead screwdriver required)

How do I remove the Damixa saturn tap lever/ handle?
The Lever does not have any screws to undo. You need to pull firmly up on the handle. You can try and use a small flat bladed screwdriver (carefully so as not to damage or scratch the chrome) to try to prise the handle off if it is stuck. The handle is held on by the adaptor. If you break the adaptor you can purchase a new one.

How can I fix my dripping Damixa Venus kitchen monobloc tap?
Please follow the steps in our video to replace the ceramic tap cartridges. If you do not know which one is leaking then you need to replace both the hot and cold.
