ABODE SPECTO TAP SPARES
Tap Magician Compatible 35mm Replacement Ceramic tap cartridge to fit the Abode Specto Single Lever Kitchen Mixer Tap AT1224 / AT1225.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Original spare part known by code 1484R / ASSLC0001.

Replacement grub screw (SS04-S) and allen key set (SK01-S) available.

How to replace the abode specto cartridge:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
To remove the handle remove the screw /dust cap with a small screwdriver.
Once removed loosen the handle retaining screw with a 2.5mm allen key and remove the handle.
Unscrew the valve cover vertically away from tap body by hand.
Hold the body of the tap firmly and using an adjustable spanner or socket to unscrew the valve lock nut.
Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge.
Once this has been removed you can then remove the cartridge and replace.
