If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the cartridge.
Original cartridge is a stepped 35mm Flat cartridge known by 08SN35S1504.04.

How do I remove my Bristan Molida tap lever / handle and replace the cartridge?
Before removing the cartridge close any isolating valves.
Step 1. Remove the screw cap cover located on the back of the tap handle.
Step 2. Use Allen key to undo the handle retaining screw.
Step 3. Pull the tap handle up away from the tap body.
Step 4. Unscrew shroud anticlockwise and remove from the tap.
Step 5. Use an adjustable spanner to remove the Cartridge Retaining Nut.
Step 6. Pull cartridge out
Wipe the tap seat clean and repeat the steps above in reverse.
