If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace the cartridges.
Original cartridge known by coding 1K00043NT.

How to remove the handle and replace valve?
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
To remove the handle tilt the handle into the on position and remove grub screw cover.
Once removed loosen the handle retaining screw with an allen key and pull the handle away.
Unscrew the decorative shroud away from the body.
Hold the body of the tap firmly and using an adjustable spanner or socket to unscrew the valve lock nut.
Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge.
Once this has been removed you can then remove the cartridge and replace.
