If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Original spare part known by code 133.0062.440 / 1484R.

Compatible aerator and lever handle available.

Replacement handle retaining screw available SS04-S and allen key ST25-S.

How to remove the handle and replace the cartridge:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
To replace the cartridge, you will need the handle retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key and remove the handle.
Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge locking ring.
Once this has been removed you can then remove the cartridge and replace.
