If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the cartridge.

Cartridge 35mm diameter.

How to remove handle:
Use appropriate size allen key to undo grub screw at the back of the handle.
Once removed pull the handle away from the tap body.
Unscrew chrome collar
use adjustable spanner to undo cartridge retaining nut
Pull cartridge out of tap body
