How do I remove the handle and replace the cartridge?
1. Use allen key to undo grub screw on underside of handle.
2. Pull Lever off.
3. Unscrew collar (SH40MM-S)
4. Use spanner to undo locking nut (SH40FN-S)
5. Pull Cartridge out.
