If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

How to replace the cartridge:
Before replacing the cartridge you will need to turn the water off.
To replace the cartridge, you will need to remove the hose. To do this, unscrew the hose from underneath the tap and pull through from the end of the spout.
You will then need to unscrew the lever by unscrewing it anticlockwise. You can then remove the handle retaining screw by using a 2.5mm allen key.
With the handle removed you can then unscrew the cartridge cover by unscrewing it anticlockwise.
Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge locking ring.
Once this has been removed you can then remove the cartridge and replace.
