Tap Magician Compatible Replacement Ceramic tap cartridge to fit the John Lewis Wave single lever tap.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Original spare part known by code 1229R / 133.0069.362.

Replacement handle SHANDLESTAR-S, retaining screw available SS04-S and allen key ST25-S available.

How to replace the cartridge:
Before replacing the cartridge, you will need to turn the water off.
Remove the handle indicator by prising it off and unscrew the handle retaining screw using a 2.5mm allen key.

Then remove the handle and the cartridge cover by prising it off.
You can then unscrew the cartridge locking ring with an adjustable spanner.
You’ll then be able to remove the existing cartridge and replace with the replacement parts.
