If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the cartridge.

How to remove the Althia tap handle?
Loosen grub screw on the underside of handle using a 2.5mm allen key.
Pull the handle horizontally away from the tap body.
Unscrew the decorative cover and indices horizontally away from tap body by hand.
Use an adjustable spanner unscrew the valve lock nut.
Replace the faulty valve with the new one and assemble in reverse order.
