If your Blanco Luper tap is dripping out of the spout then you need to replace the ceramic Quarter turn cartridges.
The original spare part code is 002181 / 002182. Cartridges have 20 teeth on the spline but use a handle adaptor (original may be brass or black) Our replacement if you require it is white plastic. You can however re use your old one if you can remove it.

They are available singly (hot handle Opens Clockwise / cold handle opens Anticlockwise) or as a pair.
If your tap is leaking around the base of the spout (where the spout joins the tap body) then you need to replace the Spout seals/ O'Rings.
How to remove the handle on the Blanco Luper: Remove the screw covering cap on the underside of the handle, remove the grub screw with allen key (SK01-S) and you will then be able to pull the handle away from the tap body.
Screw available is for the handle (SS04-S). Original coding 001677 -1.
