Watch our video below for guidance / how to remove your handles and change your Quarter turn ceramic cartridge
If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Hot and cold valves available.
(Original cartridges known by code 3984R)
Cartridge has 20 splines and is quarter turn.
You will require anticlockwise for the cold and clockwise for the hot.
When you remove your old valve from the tap the bush usually remains inside the tap block however sometimes it comes out together with the valve. If the valve is stuck inside the bush you can try to separate them. If you are unable to separate the valve from the bush then you will need to purchase the valve together with the bush.*The Bush may be SB28 (28mm thread) or SB34 (34mm thread) please check which bush you require.
If your TC25 CDA tap is leaking where the swivel spout joins the tap body then you need our replacement oring kit (SK22) which is compatible with code 1239R.
For new replacement tap aerator use our part code SRBLK. Compatible with 1256R SP1256.
