If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 1212R hot and cold valve replacements available

If your tap is leaking from round the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. You should apply silicone grease to the o rings before replacing the spout.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"

How do I remove my tap handle and replace the cartridge?
1. Remove grub screw using allen key.
2. Once screw is removed you can pull the handle off. You may need to use some force.
3. Unscrew shroud (anti-clockwise)
4. Use Adjustable spanner to undo cartridge anti-clockwise. Keep a cloth handy as some water will seep out.
5. Replace with new cartridge screwing in clockwise.
