CARRON PHOENIX OPUS TAP SPARES

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by 1212R / 3984R, hot and cold valve replacements available.
Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R.
We have a compatible swan neck spout available - *Please note the spout is slightly different as ours is narrower above the locking nut and has a different aerator. Spout comes complete with o rings, locking nut and aerator.
We also supply the hot and cold screw cover end caps 3381R / tap indices (red and blue dot) these are plastic chrome and supplied as a pair.
If you need a new replacement handle set for your opus tap you can purchase our TA54K-PH59X tap handle reviver kit which will come with new levers, valve and shrouds, These are different to the original so must be replaced on both sides so they match.
How do I remove the Carron Phoenix Opus tap handle?
First remove handle indicator / indice by prising it off. You can then remove the handle retaining screw with a crosshead screwdriver.
Once removed pull the handle away from the tap body and unscrew the handle cover / shroud unscrewing anticlockwise.
How do I remove the spout and replace the o rings?
Unscrew locking collar at the base of the spout. Once unscrewed the spout will pull up out of the tap body.
Replace the O rings applying silicone grease to the new o'rings before refitting.
