If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
The Franke cartridge may be known by the following spare part references; 133.0069.960, 133.0069.959, 1212R-H 1212R-C

If your tap is leaking at the base of the spout you need to replace the spout o rings. Known by code 3790R / 133.0261.024.
SS06-S is the replacement spout screw.

How to remove the cartridge:
Remove screw cap cover on the end of the handle. Unscrew the cross head screw.
Once removed pull the handle away from the tap body. Unscrew shroud and remove cartridge.
