If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 1212R, hot and cold valve replacements available
Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"
If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 1425R SP1425
If you require a new antisplasher /aerator this is our part SR63C/CB (available in Chrome or brushed) Original codes known by 133.0068.762 SP1263 /1263R your original part may have Neoperl stamped around the edge.
If you need a new tap lever you can replace with our plain chrome levers these need to be replaced as a set with the cartridges as the cartridges have different splines to the originals. Our compatible levers enable you to repair your tap.

How To remove the handle and replace the cartridge?
1. Use Allen key (either 2 or 2.5mm) to remove grub screw on the underside of the handle.
2. Pull handle off.
3. Unscrew shroud - it will unscrew anticlockwise.
4. Use 17mm or adjustable spanner to undo cartridge (anti-clockwise)

How do I fix a leak at the base of the spout?
1. If your tap is leaking where the swivel spout meets the tap body (the neck) you need to replace the o rings inside the spout. These are easy to replace.
1. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo spout retaining screw.
2. Pull spout out of tap body
3. Replace o rings and split washers.
4. Apply silicone grease to new o rings
