If your Orta tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 3984R, hot and cold valves available

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anti-Clockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and Clockwise. If you require both then you can select "Pair"

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease. The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R

How To remove the handle: there will be a grub screw on the back of the handle. Undo this screw to pull the crosshead handle off. You can then unscrew the tap cover/shroud.
