TEKA MALAGA 2004 KITCHEN TAP SPARES
Tap Magician compatible spares for the earlier Teka Malaga kitchen tap.
This is different to the later versions of the Malaga. This listing is for the 20 spline model.
If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Hot and cold valve replacements available.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".
Original spare part code for the cartridges is 1212R.
We also supply the hot and cold screw cover end caps 3381R / tap indices (red and blue dot) these are plastic chrome and supplied as a pair (SI01).
If your tap is leaking from where the spout joins the base of the tap (the neck) then you need to replace the spout o rings original code 1239R (our code SK22).
How to remove your tap handle:
1. Remove hot/cold indice.
2. This will reveal a screw. Use a crosshead screwdriver to undo screw.
3. Pull Handle/ lever off. This may require some force. Ensure you turn water off before trying to remove the cartridge.
How to remove the spout?
1. Unscrew locking collar.
2. Pull spout up and out of tap body.
3. Replace o rings.
4. Apply silicone grease to o rings.
5. Fit spout back and tighten locking collar.
