CARRON PHOENIX OPUS TAP SPARES
Tap Magician compatible spares / parts to repair the Carron Phoenix Opus Kitchen mixer tap with lever handles.

Watch below video for step by step guide to removing handle and changing the cartridges in the Opus tap.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes known by 1212R / 3984R, hot and cold valve replacements available.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair"

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by 1239R.

We also supply the hot and cold screw cover end caps 3381R / tap indices (red and blue dot) these are plastic chrome and supplied as a pair.

How To remove the handle:
Remove handle indicator / indice by prising it off. You can then remove the handle retaining screw with a crosshead screwdriver.
Once removed pull the handle away from the tap body and unscrew the handle cover / shroud unscrewing anticlockwise.

How do I remove the spout and replace the o rings?
Unscrew locking collar at the base of the spout. Once unscrewed the spout will pull up out of the tap body.
Replace the O rings applying silicone grease to the new o'rings before refitting.

If you need new replacement handles then you can buy our tap reviver kit which comes complete with new cartridges, new handles and new shrouds.

If you require a new antisplasher / aerator this is our part SR24C-S.
Original codes known by 133.0365.660.

You can find the Opus tap diagram/instructions below.
