If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part codes for the cartridges 1212R/3819R.
The cartridge has 20 splines. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair". Hot and cold valve replacements available.
If you need new handles/levers we have a compatible replacement set available (SH0ATH-S) These are different to the originals so must be replaced as a pair/set.
If your tap is leaking at the base of the spout you need to replace the spout o rings. If this doesnt resolve your leak or you need a new spout we have a compatible swan neck spout available in chrome.

How do I stop my JL Flow tap leaking or dripping?
If the tap is dripping you need to replace teh cartridges. If you have isolation valves under the sink you can work out which side is leaking. The cartridges are easy to replace, you can follow our step by step video to guide you through this process. You will need an allen key and a spanner.
How do I remove the handle and replace the cartridge?
1. Use allen key to undo handle retaining grub screw.
2. Pull Handle off.
3. Use spanner to undo cartridge (anti-clockwise)
4. Refit new cartridge screwing in clockwise.
5. Replace handle.
