Remove small chrome screw covering cap at the front of the handle. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo this grub screw. Handle will then pull off.

How can I repair my dripping Calista bath mixer tap?
If your tap is dripping then its time to replace the cartridges. If you do not know which side is leaking it is best to replace both.
