How to remove my Malange shower head/handle?

How To remove the handle: See diagram below.
1. Remove end indice.
2. Use screwdriver to undo handle retaining screw.
3. Pull handle off.
4. Remove Adaptor.
5. You can now remove the cartridge with appropriate spanner it will unscrew anticlockwise.
