How Do I remove the Ideal Standard Ceraplan tap top / head / handle?
Remove small chrome screw covering cap/indices at the front of the handle. Use allen key to undo this grub screw. Handle will then pull off. You can purchase our allen key pack.

How can I repair my dripping ceraplan tap?
If your tap is dripping then its time to replace the cartridges. If you do not know which side is leaking it is best to replace both. You will need a 17mm spanner.
