If your tap is leaking or dripping from the end of the spout then its time to replace the ceramic disc cartridges.
These are a quarter turn Clockwise for the hot and Anticlockwise for the cold.
Original valves known by code BS5412 CD XZ 20. They are 20 splines.

How do I remove the Cooke and Lewis Esna tap handle?
Unscrew the end caps from the tap handles. This will reveal a screw.
use a crosshead screwdriver to undo screw. Pull handle away from tap body.
My tap is leaking at the base of the spout where it joins the tap body
You need to replace the Orings inside the spout.
