EBB & FLOW CASTELL TAP SPARES

Tap Magician compatible spares for the Ebb & Flo Castell Mono Mixer Kitchen Tap 61716.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seal inside the spout needs replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seal they need greasing with a silicone grease.

If you require a new antisplasher / aerator this is our part SR22X (Chrome).

Chrome tap base ring / plinth available SF048.

How To remove the Ebb & Flow Castell tap handle:
Step 1. Isolate the water supply
Step 2. Remove the grub screw on the underside of the handle with 2.5mm allen key
Step 3. Pull off the handle
Step 4. Use an adjustable spanner to undo the cartridge anticlockwise Step 5. Screw in the new cartridge clockwise
Step 6. Tighten the cartridge enough to seal, but avoid over-tightening

How to remove the Ebb & Flow Castell spout and replace the o rings / seals.
1. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo spout retaining screw
2. Pull spout up and away from tap body
3. Remove old o rings
4. Fit new o rings
5. Apply silicone grease (SL05) to the new o rings
6. Push spout back in to tap body

We now have a compatible lever handle set available. Please note these are a fraction wider than the original handles.
