BRISTAN ECHO / EASYFIT COMPATIBLE SPARES
Tap Magician compatible spares / parts to repair the Bristan Echo and Echo Easyfit Kitchen mixer tap with lever handles. Replacement handle pair available.

Watch our video below for guidance / how to change your Quarter turn ceramic valves and Spout O Rings
If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges. Original spare part codes known by 2998827200. Unlike other suppliers our cartridges come with new brass screw. hot and cold valve replacements available

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline. You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side, If you require both then you can select "Pair"

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing. When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.

If you require a new antisplasher /aerator this is our part SR63C/CB (available in Chrome or brushed) Original codes known by 133.0068.762 SP1263 /1263R your original part may have Neoperlperlator stamped around the edge.

The screw retaining serrated washer is required to stop the screw coming loose. If you do not have the original serrated washer and your handle is loose you will need to purchase a new one.

You can find the Echo tap diagram below.

Frequently asked Questions on the Bristan Echo

How do I remove the Bristan Echo tap handle?
Remove end cap from end of handle. Undo screw using crosshead screwdriver. The handle will then pull off.

How do I remove the spout?
Unscrew locking nut at the base of the spout. This will unscrew anticlockwise. Pull spout up and out of the tap body. Some water will seep out. When you replace the O'rings you should apply silicone grease to the new o rings.

How can I stop my Bristan Echo tap from dripping?
Replace the cartridges. If you have isolation vales unde the sink you can isolate the supply to the hot and cold to work out which side is leaking. If you can't determine which side is leaking you should replace both sides.

When I have replaced my handle the handle is wobbly/loose
There is a serrated washer which will have been under the old screw on the original valve. Please re-use this serrated washer underneath the new screw.
