If your secta wall mounted tap is leaking out of the spout its time to replace the cartridges.
The cartridges are quarter turn and handed (Anticlockwise for Cold, Clockwise for hot).

How do I remove the handle on the Secta tap?
1. Use appropriate size allen key to undo grub screw under the handle.
2. Pull lever off and unscrew the shroud (anticlockwise).
3. Use adjustable or 17mm spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise.
4. Fit new cartridge clockwise.
5, Replace shroud and handle.

If your tap is leaking then its time to replace the internal cartridges which can also be called valves, inserts, glands, washers, ceramic disc cartridge.
