If your tap is leaking or dripping from the spout then its time to change the ceramic quarter turn cartridges.
Replacement cartridge known by spare part code FR9245 / FR9246.

Hot, cold and filter water valve replacements available.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold and filter tap, and clockwise open for the hot side.
To replace all three cartridges please select our Triflow pack.

The original cartridge has a white clip around the body of the cartridge.
We do not supply this part so you will need to re use this. See Image below.



If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the spout seals need replacing.
You will need our SK34-S spout o'ring kit. The new rubber seals will need greasing with a silicone grease.

How do I remove the Carron Phoenix Tri-pure crystal tap handles/heads?
The handles will pull off. There are no handle retaining screws.

How To remove the spout and replace o'rings:
You will need a flat bladed screwdriver to undo the screw at the back of the spout.
Once the spout retaining screw is removed the spout will then pull up and out of the body.
