Compatible replacement cartridges for the Franke Triflow Professional Trend 1 Kitchen Mixer tap.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Known by spare parts FR9245 Hot and FR9246 Cold and Filter Valve.
Hot, cold and filter valves replacements available with 21 adaptor. Original cartridge has a 21 spline nylon handle adaptor.

You will need a clockwise for the hot side and anticlockwise for the cold and filter water.

How do I remove the Trend tap lever / handle?
First you will need to turn off the water supply to the tap.
Remove the coloured indice from the centre of the handle by carefully prising it out.
Unscrew and remove the handle retaining screw and pull the handle away.

How to replace your cartridge?
Use 17mm spanner to undo cartridge anticlockwise.
Some water will seep out, keep a cloth handy.
You will need to remove the Nylon clip on the Trend 1 Lever model.

How do I remove the tap spout and replace the o-rings?
Use a Allen key to undo grub screw holding spout in place. Pull spout up and out of tap body.
