If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.
Original spare part code known by 9.13145 and 9.13146.
Hot, cold and filter valves replacements available with 21 adaptor.
You will need a clockwise for the hot side and anticlockwise for the cold and filter water.

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seals inside the spout need replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seals they need greasing with a silicone grease.
The original O'ring kit is known by FR9400 / 9.06401.
How do I remove the lever handle and replace the cartridge?
Step 1. turn off the water supply to the tap.
Step 2. Carefully unscrew and remove the hexagon screw that secures the handle, using a 10mm or adjustable spanner.
Step 3. Pull the lever assembly away from tap body.
Step 4. Unscrew the shroud anticlockwise and pull up away from tap body.
Step 5. Use a 17mm or suitable adjustment spanner to remove the cartridge.
How do I remove the tap spout and replace the o-rings?
Use a Allen key to undo grub screw holding spout in place. Pull spout up and out of tap body.
