We have antisplashers / aerators available this is our part SR63C/CB. Available in Chrome or Brushed Chrome only.

How do I remove the tap lever handle and replace the cartridge?
Step 1. Turn off the water supply to the tap.
Step 2. Carefully unscrew the vertical lever and unscrew the grub screw.
Step 3. Pull the lever assembly away from tap body.
Step 4. Unscrew the shroud anticlockwise and pull up away from tap body.
Step 5. Use a 17mm or suitable adjustment spanner to remove the cartridge.
