COOKE & LEWIS AMSEL TAP SPARES

Tap Magician compatible spares / parts to repair the Cooke and Lewis Amsel Kitchen mixer tap.
Compatible with models 33A,1583469,3663602930303, 3663602930303 Sold by Screwfix as Twin Stem Lever Swan Neck Mono Mixer 9385T.

If your tap is dripping or leaking out of the spout then it is time to replace / change the quarter turn ceramic disc cartridges.

Cartridge has 20 teeth on spline.
You will require our Anticlockwise open cartridge for the cold side, and clockwise open for the hot side.
If you require both then you can select "Pair".

Please note your original may have a white plastic spline adaptor.
This is available to purchase separately should you need to replace this.

If your tap is leaking from the neck (where the spout joins the tap body) then the seal inside the spout needs replacing.
When you replace the new rubber seal they need greasing with a silicone grease.

If you require a new antisplasher / aerator this is our part SR22X-S (Chrome).

Chrome tap base ring / plinth available SF048.

How to remove the Cooke & Lewis Amsel handle and replace the cartridge:
1. There will be a grub screw on the underside of the handle. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo this
2. The handle will then pull off
3. Use adjustable spanner or our box spanner (STBOX) to undo cartridge. It will unscrew anti-clockwise
4. Keep a cloth handy as some water will seep out
5. Replace with new cartridge screwing in clockwise
6. Replace handle

How to remove the Cooke & Lewis Amsel spout and replace the o rings / seals.
1. Use 2.5mm allen key to undo spout retaining screw
2. Pull spout up and away from tap body
3. Remove old o rings
4. Fit new o rings
5. Apply silicone grease (SL05) to the new o rings
6. Push spout back in to tap body

We now have a compatible lever handle set available. Please note these are a fraction wider than the original handles.
